CINQ by Coinstar™ crypto services will be discontinued January 4, 2027.

CINQ by Coinstar™ cryptocurrency services, powered by Zero Hash, are being discontinued.

If you currently have an active balance in your CINQ by Coinstar™ crypto wallet, you’ll need to sell assets and move funds to your bank, or transfer your crypto assets to another wallet, before the service is retired.

What’s Changing

Beginning October 14, 2026, cryptocurrency services powered by Zero Hash will no longer be available in the CINQ by Coinstar™ mobile app.
You will still be able to access and manage your crypto assets using the CINQ by Coinstar™ web application until January 4, 2027. Sign in from a computer or your phone’s web browser to view your balance, send crypto assets to an external wallet, or withdraw funds.
Beginning November 19, 2026, CINQ by Coinstar™ cryptocurrency services will no longer be available at Coinstar® kiosks. Other products on the kiosk will not be impacted as part of this change.
All CINQ by Coinstar™ cryptocurrency wallets will be closed by January 4, 2027.
After January 4, 2027, you will still be able to access and sell remaining assets through Zero Hash. Details on how to do this will be posted here at a later date.

These changes affect crypto services only. If you have a CINQ by Coinstar™ Debit Card, you can continue using it as usual.
